ups n downs
My weight fluctuating like hell.. one moment it's *0, the next moment it's *2. I cant take it, whenever i lose weight n was light, i take things lightly n eat all i want. eat eat eat.. very happy, very nice very shoik.. These days, i feel like eating everything in the world, chocolate fudge ice cream, peanuts, cuttlefish,all sweets, chocolates, bread, instant noodles, prawn crackers, red bull, biscuits, carrot cake, and alot more.. argh.. end up.. now im heavy again.. still rmb b4 the hols, im also this weight, i ran n ran n ran and control my diet, hao bu rong yi become *0, den just two weeks , just two weeks of hols n im heavy again... so, i decide to eat less again.. i realise that this is like a cycle, not stop one.. argh... i ran for 30mins on wed, ran 1.6km yesterday n 23mins today.. die.. leg muscles are aching.. think ive gotta rest for 1 day. 1 day will do, cant rest two days, or else will lose the momentum to run.. ok.. world cup starting.. btw, i ve to congrats yuan ing, for finding out the answer from his dream(L)over, yea. he can be a happy man n study again. He will not need to be bothered n sad abt it anymore.. cheers.. take care everyone, as we move on to the last week of june hols.. Im waiting for 20th june to come. =) ily sq
