bangkok trip.

First time to thailand via swiss airline. Nice view by the window seat on the plane. (=
The air standard over in bangkok is bad.. smelly n polluted. And the toilets, cmi, only hotel toilet den good enough. haha. watched dejavu ere. nice show, but expensive. The siam paragon ere is very big n beautiful, own vivocity. ahha. Branded stuffs in bangkok are very expensive man.. comparable to singapore prices.... not worth...

ate alot over ere.. all in food courts n restr.. cant stand food stalls by the road, too too dirty i think.. later lao sai den die.. haha.

Bought a levi's jeans ere, fbt singlets n shorts for my workouts... some t-shirts and shirts and board shorts all together for only 150 like tt. ahha. very cheap (=

ya. like tt. The 5 days over ere are very relaxing, really holiday, eat sleep shop watch. thats all.. IF only got one more den shoik. haha. MAHJONG of cuz. ahha.. but i went to the gym in the hotel ere.. VEry ex, but ya, just to see see.. the gym ere is not as well equiped as here in sg. sighs.

A's coming. Am i prepared? Maths shld be ok, not a prob. Chemistry shldnt be that hard too, will be fine. Physics is the one to be worried abt, but 17 days more to go, put in more effort, shld be doing fine alr. But, GP, still, i haven work much on it. I did put in effort so far, but still insufficient. I hope to finish my revision with chem n phy asap so i can focus on Gp earlier..

Shld be it bah.. judging from my results from last yr till this yr, the A lvl shld not be much of a prob.. i must ve more confidence..

post prelim

bored. It ve been so long since i last blog.. too lazy n busy to blog.. either studying or lazy. haha... these days im still e same, gymming, studying... just tt im more interested in swimming.. quite fun, but tiring.. too lousy. swim too slow. hai..

Im beginning to think wad can i do.. so much time, yet nothing much to do.. even prelim is over, i think that im alr fully prepared for the A's.. cant wait it to be over, but den i wun know how to spend my time after the A's.... hai.. bored. bored......

That's the day i need to report to pasir ris camp. For an exercise for them to choose potential commandos. haiz.. very very anxious. As the date draws nearer, i need to get myself mentally prepared, physically too. i will stop my trainings on monday. latest.. to let my muscles to heal..

Oh. speaking abt friday's mock exams for maths.. I feel that it is not as easy as i think it will be. But, i think the actual prelim standard for SA wun differ much from that paper.. Also, i feel that i shld not be scoring less than 90 for that mock paper. Too bad, my teacher will not be returning the paper b4 prelims.

I ve yet to receive my Food chem test too, n the stats test. I wanna see how i did.. argh.. faster return la.... Anyway, last night i went to play mahjong. i think it will be the last game b4 my exams le.. Nice game..

Study. yes. i must study hard liao. I must believe, believe i am myself, so i can do it. Come on. 3As Again.

fixing a broken heart.

Hmm.. ive found the answer. The cure. That is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GYM AND RUN AND DRINK!!!! HAHA

It's simply amazing to see how my muscle grew and how i get stronger. My aim is not to grow BIGGER, but more of to get STRONGER. To have more strength. haha.. Going to the gym regulary is the best way to achieve my aim. Recently, or i should say since the holidays, i ve begin to go hit the gym at least twice a week, and sometimes up to thrice or more a week. Having a regular workout allowed my muscle to grow faster and get more packed up. Hmm. Now, my agenda includes runnning too. This is to prevent gaining of weight. Some may say that it is unavoidable to gain mass if we are to gain muscle. But, i hoped to convert the fats to muscle and also lose weight. So far, since january, ive gained 2kg. Which is dunno bad or good. My weight used to go down to 71kg easily, but now, it's kind of stucked at 72 and 73. Hai. so i hope my runnning will help me to lose fats and burn my excess carbo..

I realised that drinking a can of red bull b4 workout gives me more energy to do weights. TAking a shower after workout simply relaxes and masssges my muscles.. Very nice, like hydro therapy or wad.. haha.. Den drink a can of freezing jolly shandy after the bath.. EVen better. haha. all these for less than $5. And i could have a fulfilling and happy day. Fulfilling that ive workout and hopefully get stronger n lose weight. Happy that im closer to my target and that the drinks i drank, the workout i did, simply helped me to feel relieved and shoik!!!! haha...

SO, guys out ere.. heed my advice.. hehe.. follow my lifestlye.. and u will be HAPPY!!!!!!!! MUCHAHAHAHAHAH

hai

ive started running again. Hope to run every alternate days. I need alot determination. haiz. Even if i take sweet food or oily food, most importantly i ve to exercise to burn off the excess energy. =)

Hope this fri dance rapture will be nicer den than choir concert =)

Need to read up chemistry notes soon.ive finished chaper 1 to 14 of physics... need to do some maths soon... ya.. den after the 11aug food chem test, den i ll start to read up physics again.. soon, i ll study chemistry...

these days, i will try to utillise my time in sch to do as many work as possible.. so i can slack abit at home. looking at the rate others are studying, im beginning to wonder if ive study too little.. sighs.
